Each year, our hostess Claudia surprises our guests with a lovingly chosen decorative theme that captures the charm of the season and transforms our house into a very special place. For winter 2025, after much consideration, she has chosen a theme that speaks directly from the soul of our house and our nature: Enchanted Forest.

The inspiration: A walk through nature
There is hardly anything more calming and magical than walking through a snow-covered forest. The world is quiet, the snow sparkles like diamonds, and each step softly crunches underfoot. It is precisely this atmosphere – a feeling of peace, freedom, and a quiet, almost tangible magic – that inspired Claudia to choose this year’s theme.

The Enchanted Forest reminds us of the beauty that lies in the simplicity of nature. It invites you to relax and be enchanted by the winter landscape. “I wanted to bring this feeling of tranquility and magic that a winter forest exudes into the hotel and create an environment where our guests can unwind,” Claudia explains.

The Enchanted Forest theme is also reflected in our culinary offerings. Our kitchen surprises with dishes inspired by nature. Look forward to game dishes, various ragouts, and winter desserts with notes of cinnamon, honey, and nuts. We also offer homemade teas and herbal punches, which you can enjoy during a cozy evening by the fireplace.
