Indulgence and tradition: Claudia’s homemade Swiss stone pine schnapps

A real highlight at the Hotel Lärchenhof is our homemade Swiss stone pine schnapps. This fine drop is made according to an old family recipe that has been passed down for generations. The pine cones, which we collect exclusively in the high-altitude forests of Kleinarl at over 1,000 meters above sea level, are carefully sliced and pickled in selected grain.

Swiss stone pine schnapps is not only a treat for the palate, but also good for your health. A glass a day supports well-being and strengthens the immune system. The intense aroma and unmistakable taste make our Swiss stone pine schnapps a special experience. Try it for yourself and let the quality and tradition in every bottle convince you.

This year we prepared the Swiss stone pine schnapps in June. After a six-week resting phase, during which the aromas were able to develop their full intensity, it is now allowed to mature so that it is “ready to drink” in winter. So you can look forward to a very special taste experience in the cold season!
