In cooperation with the local private roastery Ebner from Salzburg, which is committed to sustainability and the art of coffee roasting, we offer our guests an incomparable coffee experience. Each bean is carefully selected and perfectly roasted to bring out the unique character and rich aromas that make our coffee so special.

The connection between Salzburg and the bull is deeply rooted in the regional culture, symbolized by the legendary Salzburg bull washers. Like the bull, the coffee bean also stands for wild power and passion. Ebner Kaffee has managed to capture and tame this power without losing the unique nuances and individuality of the coffee.

The history and passion of Ebner coffee began in 1967, when Rudolf and Christiane Ebner took over a small store in Salzburg. The owner at the time operated a drum roaster, which was used to roast small quantities of coffee. What began as an experiment quickly developed into a deep passion and a successful venture. Today, more than 50 years later, the Ebner family continues this tradition and shares their enthusiasm for excellent coffee with every guest.
