She starts each week with a visit to the market and a foray through our own garden, where she selects the freshest and highest quality ingredients. Inspired by the treasures of nature and the individual preferences of her guests, she creates menus that are as surprising as they are delicious.

By communicating directly with our guests, we are able to take their personal wishes and needs into account and turn them into creative dishes.
