During the alkaline fasting week, you consciously avoid acid-forming foods. Fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs, sprouts, seeds, and valuable oils are allowed. Experienced fasting guide Beate accompanies you through the week and supports you with her knowledge about nutrition, exercise, relaxation, and mental strength.
In addition to the alkaline diet, the focus is on movement in nature. Whether forest bathing, guided hikes, or gentle relaxation exercises – the natural surroundings of Lärchenhof offer the perfect setting to bring body and mind into harmony. A highlight of the week is the alkaline fasting cooking course with host Claudia, who gives valuable tips for an alkaline diet and shows how enjoyable healthy eating can be.
